Who this is for
Tell Dally, operated by Tended To LLC, is a private application used by the members of a household to coordinate schedules, tasks, groceries and meals. Anyone may create an account and start a household; everyone else joins by invitation from the household owner. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Tended To LLC, the operator of Tell Dally.
What we collect
Your email address and password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider), the household you belong to and your role in it, and the names, mobile phone numbers, calendar events, tasks, shopping and grocery information entered by household members, along with the text messages and photos household members send to the household number. We also keep the status of the household subscription. We do not store card numbers: payment is handled by the app store or payment processor.
Each household can only ever see its own information. We use anonymous, aggregate counts of activity to understand how the app is used overall.
Mobile numbers are never shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Phone numbers are used only to recognize household members who text the household number and to reply to them. Numbers are never sold, rented or disclosed, except to the messaging provider strictly required to deliver those messages.
Message frequency
Messages are automated account notifications generated by the application when a household calendar, task list, or shopping list is updated. Expect roughly 0 to 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. A household member’s phone number can also be removed from the app at any time.
Data retention and security
Household data is stored in a private database, isolated per household, and reachable only by signed-in members of that household. You can delete your account yourself in Settings. Deleting the account of a household owner deletes that household and everything in it. Data is also deleted on request. Children under 13 do not get logins; a child appears only as a name a parent added to the household calendar.
