The service

Tell Dally, operated by Tended To LLC, is a private application for the members of a household to coordinate schedules, tasks, groceries and meals. Anyone may create an account and start a household. Each household has one owner, and everyone else joins that household by invitation from the owner. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Tended To LLC, the operator of Tell Dally.

Accounts, households and roles

Your account is yours: one login, one email address, one password. Do not share it. The person who creates a household is its owner. The owner invites other adults and teens, each of whom gets their own login, and the owner can turn an invitation off or remove someone at any time. Owners manage the household name, the people in it, the plan and the household number. Adults can use and change household information. Teens can use the household lists but cannot invite people or manage the plan.

Children under 13 do not get logins. A parent may add a child as a person on the household calendar, and only a parent or guardian should do so.

Free trial, plans and billing

A new household starts with a free trial. When the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription. One subscription covers the whole household: everyone the owner invites is included at no extra cost, and only the owner is ever billed.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you chose until they are canceled. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own terms, and you manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the household keeps access until the end of the period already paid for. Prices may change with notice before a renewal.

When a subscription expires, the household keeps its data for a reasonable period so it can be recovered by subscribing again, and automatic texting and calendar updates stop.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. If you own a household, deleting your account deletes that household and everything in it, for everyone in it, and it cannot be undone. If you joined someone else's household, you can leave it or delete your login without affecting the household's own information.

Household texting

Household members may text the household number about schedule changes and things that need buying. The app reads the message, updates the shared calendar or shopping list, and replies with a confirmation of what it did. Only phone numbers saved on a household member are accepted; all other messages are ignored.

Messages are automated account notifications generated by the application, at roughly 0 to 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Consent and opting out

Consent is collected in the application, not by text message. A mobile number can only be saved after a required consent checkbox is checked in Settings → People, confirming the person has agreed to receive automated notifications from Tell Dally. No number is messaged until that checkbox is checked. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to send messages to people who have not consented. Accounts may be suspended for misuse.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties. Automatic calendar and list updates are best-effort; always confirm important plans directly with your family.
